Boy, 16, and man in court charged with murder
A man and a 16-year-old boy have appeared in court charged with murder after a man was fatally stabbed in a Lincolnshire park.
Kyle Marshall, 37, died after being injured during the incident in Well Head Fields, Bourne, at about 21:50 BST on Wednesday, 26 June.
Reece Bruns, 20, of St Paul's Gardens, Bourne, and the 16-year-old appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The boy, who cannot be named due to his age, appeared before a youth court.
No pleas were entered and the defendants spoke only to confirm their names and ages.
They were remanded in custody and are due to appear before a crown court judge within 48 hours.
Three other people who were arrested in connection with Mr Marshall's death - two men aged 19 and a 17-year-old boy - have been released under investigation, Lincolnshire Police said.
