More than 2,000 suspected cannabis plants, estimated to be worth about £1m, have been seized during a police raid.
West Midlands Police officers carried out a drugs warrant in Ladywood, Birmingham, at about 07:45 BST on Wednesday.
Plants and growing equipment were discovered inside the industrial building.
The equipment was dismantled, and the plants will be forensically checked before being destroyed.
“The message is clear, if you come to this area with intentions of carrying out criminal activity, we will stop you," said Sgt Richard Bastable from the Jewellery Quarter neighbourhood team.
“Community intelligence helps us disrupt this sort of criminality. If you have information about crime in your area, please get in touch." he added.
