Twelfth arrest in Rikki Berry murder investigation
An twelfth person has been arrested over the death of a man who was shot on a Merseyside street, police said.
Rikki Berry, 36, died in hospital after the attack in Quarryside Drive, Kirkby, Knowsley, on the evening of 17 July.
On Tuesday a 26-year-old man from Kirkby was arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a firearm, Merseyside Police said.
He has been taken into police custody.
Police previously arrested 11 other people, including Adam Williams, of Bigdale Drive, Kirkby, who has been charged with murder.
He is due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 1 November.
Police are continuing to appeal for information and witnesses to come forward.
