Nora O'Hagan died after a crash in County Tyrone 10 days ago

A 68-year-old woman who died after a two-vehicle crash in County Tyrone has been named by police as Nora O'Hagan.

Officers attended the collision between a white Ford Transit van and a grey Audi A4 in Woodlough Road, Dungannon, shortly after 16:00 BST on 16 October.

Ms O'Hagan, who was from the Cookstown area and was the passenger in the car, was taken to hospital but has since died.

The drivers of both the car and the van were also taken to hospital for treatment.

Insp Cherith Adair said officers from the collision investigation unit are appealing for information.
