A 15-year-old boy suffered a broken arm in a hit-and-run.

The boy was riding a bicycle when a BMW with "heavily-tinted windows" came out of an alleyway and hit him on Park Lee Road, Blackburn, at about 19:50 BST on 8 May.

The boy was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.

Lancashire Police said the driver had not been identified, and that it wanted anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.

A police spokesman said: "The driver failed to stop, turned left, and headed towards Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital."
