Stock Exchange pioneer given Royal role
A Stock Exchange pioneer and organiser of a boxing club has been chosen to be a county's vice lord-lieutenant.
Anne Burnett, one of the first female members of the London financial institution, has taken over the role from Morcea Walker in Northamptonshire.
She has helped to run the King's Heath Boxing Club in Northampton and is a trustee of several local charities.
She will assist the Lord-Lieutenant, James Saunders Watson, in looking after visiting Royals and representing them at events.
