A man who absconded from an open prison in Derbyshire has been found.

Derbyshire Police issued an appeal for information after Aiden Walls, 35, walked out of HMP Sudbury on 30 November.

The force said on Tuesday that the 35-year-old was located by officers on 20 December.

He is serving a sentence of five years and six months for conspiracy to commit burglary.
