Worcester City FC is investigating an alleged racist incident at its FA Vase semi-final first leg.
The club said it had been "made aware of an alleged incident of racist intent captured on video directed at one of our supporters," following its match against Great Wakering Rovers on Saturday.
The club added that CCTV footage would be reviewed with Sixways Stadium and anyone involved in the disturbances would be banned from future games.
"We thank the security staff who acted swiftly in calming the situation and taking appropriate action," the football club said.
It urged supporters who witnessed the alleged incident to submit written statements or testimonials directly to the club via email.
"Saturday鈥檚 fixture was a special day for all of us at the football club and to have it tarnished by the behaviour of a small minority in attendance is extremely disappointing," the club said.
The second leg of the tie will be played at Burroughs Park on 13 April.
