A man has been charged with murder after another man was found dead in a flat.
Leroy Lawrence, from Birmingham, has been accused of killing Craig Moult, whose body was discovered in a flat on Boldmere Close, Sutton Coldfield, on 3 September.
The 46-year-old has also been charged with three counts of fraud, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft, all of which were not connected to the murder investigation.
Mr Lawrence has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on 23 May.
Mr Moult, 45, was described as having a big personality and was 鈥渓oved by all鈥, according to a tribute from his family.
They said: "He鈥檚 a son, father and brother who will be dearly missed by everyone.
"It鈥檚 tragic that his life ended. We will always remember and love the cheeky chap he was. He will be dearly missed."
