Body found in Thames during search for missing man

Surrey Police said they believe a body recovered from the River Thames is that of a missing 92-year-old man.
The body was found on Tuesday during a search by officers and a police helicopter.
A Surrey Police spokesperson said: "The man has not been formally identified, though we believe him to be the 92-year-old man that went missing from Shepperton."
Police said enquiries were ongoing regarding the circumstances of the death.
It is currently not believed to be suspicious or to involve a third party.
The man鈥檚 next of kin have been informed.
"Our thoughts remain with the man's family," the police said.
