A man has pleaded not guilty to murder following a crash in Surrey.

A 37-year-old man from Leatherhead died in a collision involving a car and a moped on the A244 at Claremont Lane in Esher on 1 July.

Neil Sullingston, from Orpington, appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Thursday.

The 52-year-old was released on conditional bail.

His next hearing is due to take place on 24 January 2025.
