A 90-year-old man has been charged with death by dangerous driving after a woman was killed when a group of pedestrians were hit by a car.
The woman, in her 80s, died after being hit in Church Street, Malvern, on 8 August, 2023.
Peter Burrows, of Meadow Walk in Colwall, Malvern, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on 30 April.
At the time, six people had been hit by a red Fiat 500.
