Man in wheelchair sprayed with substance in attack
A man in a wheelchair was sprayed with an "unknown substance" and lost consciousness during an assault, police have said.
The incident is alleged to have happened on 16 August on Highthorn Road, Kilnhurst.
South Yorkshire Police said the man was near St Thomas Church at about 19:00 BST when a woman is said to have got out of a car before spraying him in the face.
Officers have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any dashcam footage to contact them.
The woman is described as white, in her 20s, of slim build and with short blonde hair.
She is believed to have been wearing jean shorts, pink crop top and white Crocs sandals with charms on.
