He was discovered on Baldmoor Lake Road, Birmingham, on Tuesday after officers were alerted by a concerned relative, West Midlands Police said.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and fraud and a 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fraud, the force said.
"Our enquiries revealed the man鈥檚 bank card had been used since his death," a police spokesperson said.
Neighbours were questioned and the home was thoroughly examined by forensic officers, they added.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out to find out the cause of the man's death.
