Two charged after boy seriously injured in stabbing

Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a stabbing in Royal Wootton Bassett.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the incident in the New Road area at 21:30 BST on Monday.
Two 17-year-old boys, from Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon, have since been charged with possession of a knife blade in a public place and gross bodily harm with intent.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said the victim was taken to Great Western Hospital, and his injuries are "not believed to life-changing or life-threatening".
The two suspects have been remanded in custody and are due to appear in Swindon Magistrates Court later.
They cannot be named for legal reasons.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) confirmed one double-crewed land ambulance, one critical care car, and one air ambulance was sent to the incident.
