Police were called to Tesco Express in Liden, Swindon, at about 20:00 BST on Tuesday, following reports that a 20-year-old man was threatened with a knife and assaulted by three men.
They then left the scene on the victim's black Sur-Ron motorbike with the registration plate BN72 TYT. The bike is worth approximately 拢5,000, police said.
An 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and are in custody in Gablecross police station. Police are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
