A 25-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with murder.
The older man, of no fixed abode, appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court and is due to be seen at Teesside Crown Court on Wednesday.
The 17-year-old was remanded in custody and is due to appear before the higher court on 22 October.
A trial date of 3 March 2025 has been planned at the same court.
