Railway line reopens after person hit by train
Train services were suspended after a person was hit by a train.
Greater Anglia said emergency services attended following an incident between Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.
It added no trains would operate between these stations, with delays and cancellations expected between Ipswich and Cambridge via Newmarket, and Ipswich to Peterborough via Ely.
The service provider said the line reopened at about 21:30 BST.
