Stabbing prompts police to cordon off streets
A man has been stabbed during what police described as disorder involving a number of people.
The 18-year-old was attacked in the Lucknow Road area of Willenhall just before 13:40 BST. His injuries are serious but not thought to be life-threatening.
Officers said it was linked to police activity on Coltham Road, less than a mile away.
Both roads have been cordoned off as part of investigations.
An air ambulance was scrambled to the scene and the victim was taken to hospital for further treatment, West Midlands Ambulance Service has said.
West Midlands Police has appealed for anyone with information to get in contact.
