Boy, 16, in court charged with stab murder
A teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 25-year-old man, who was stabbed outside a shopping centre.
Tom Ellis died after suffering a stab wound outside the Ropewalk shopping centre in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, on 8 June.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Warwick Crown Court earlier.
No plea was taken and the case was adjourned, with the boy remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Tuesday.
