Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a recycling centre in Hailsham.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said more than 20 tonnes of waste was burnt in the fire at the site on Apex Way on Friday.
Six fire engines attended after the blaze was reported to emergency services just after 22:00 BST.
Up to 72 sq ft (22 sq m) of damage was recorded by crews at the site, said the fire service.
Fifteen HGVs inside a building on the site did not catch fire, it added.
The service said "multiple" crews, a command unit and eight personnel with breathing apparatus attended.
Firefighters left the scene at around 01:00 on Saturday.
