Police are appealing for witnesses and CCTV images after three delivery van drivers were targeted within the space of an hour in Surrey.

On Wednesday, at 09:20 GMT suspects driving a light blue Toyota Yaris approached a delivery van driver in Embercourt Road, Thames Ditton, and threatened them with weapons, before stealing the van's contents.

At about 09:45, suspects driving a dark blue/black Audi A3 targeted another delivery van driver in The Parade, Sunbury Cross, in Sunbury-on-Thames.

They then switched cloned plates and targeted another delivery van driver at about 10:05 in Trinity Close, Stanwell.

Det Insp Doug Ashman said "We would like to reassure the local community that we are doing everything possible to identify these offenders and ensure they are brought to justice."
