Shopping centre reopens after fire in car park

A shopping centre has reopened following a vehicle fire in its car park.
Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, was evacuated and shut on Monday afternoon.
Black smoke was seen billowing across the town after a blaze in the attached multi-storey car park, which is owned by Cheltenham Borough Council.
Nobody was injured and the shopping centre reopened on Thursday morning. The car park remains closed.
