Third person charged with murder of Bradley Tams
A third person has been charged with the murder of a man in an alleged stabbing.
Bradley Tams, 23, died at the scene of the alleged attack in Cartmel Green, in the Slatyford area of Newcastle, on 6 December.
Lewis Allison, 24, of Roundhill Drive, Blakelaw, was charged with murder on Friday and appeared at Newcastle Magistrates Court on the same day.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at the city's Crown Court on Tuesday.
Gavin Train, 24, and Andrea Train, 49, both of Rothay Place, Newcastle, denied murder when they appeared at Newcastle Crown Court in January.
Ms Train also denied assisting an offender. A trial is listed for 5 June.
Northumbria Police said two people on police bail would face no further action.
Detective Chief Inspector Katie Smith from Northumbria Police said: 鈥淥ur thoughts remain with Bradley鈥檚 family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
鈥淪pecialist officers continue to support Bradley鈥檚 loved ones, and we would ask the public to avoid speculation which could affect court proceedings."
