Investigation launched after pets fall ill
An investigation has been launched after reports were received of dogs and cats falling ill in Inverness.
The incidents - where pets have shown signs of sickness, diarrhoea and lethargy - were reported in the Milton of Leys area.
Highland Council said it had consulted a local vet and was investigating, but so far had not been able to identify any concerns.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) and Scottish Water both said no pollution events had occurred in the area.
