A road in St Helier was closed following a traffic accident.

Two vans crashed at about 09:15 BST at the junction of Saville Street and Rogue Bouillion, near Elizabeth Place.

Police said they had closed the road from Cheapside heading towards the ambulance station, up to the Rouge Boullion roundabout, but it had now reopened.

One man was taken to the emergency department but there were no serious injuries, police said.
