Police renew appeal after fatal two-car crash
Police have renewed an appeal for witnesses after a woman in her 80s died in a two-vehicle crash in Lincolnshire.
The woman was a passenger in a blue Ford Fiesta, which was in collision with a black Honda HRV near Heckington at about 11:00 BST on 23 August, Lincolnshire Police said.
The force said it was trying to "piece together" what happened and has appealed for anyone who may have information to get in touch.
A man was also seriously injured in the crash. Police did not say in which vehicle he was travelling.
"Any detail, no matter how big or small, could prove crucial and give us new avenues to explore," a spokesperson said.
"We are particularly interested in speaking to the driver of a lorry who is believed to have been in the area at the time," they added.
