Motorcyclist dies from injuries after A629 crash
A motorcyclist died after sustaining serious injuries in a crash in Halifax, police have confirmed.
Officers were called to reports of an incident involving a white Hanway motorcycle on the A629 Ovenden Road, near to Shroggs Road, just after 16:00 BST on Thursday.
The male motorcyclist, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police said no other vehicle was involved but have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident or might have any dashcam footage to contact the force.
A spokesperson said the dead man's family had been informed and had been offered support.
