Woman dies after being seriously hurt in crash

A woman pedestrian who suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a car has died, police have confirmed.
Joan McInerny, 81, was taken to hospital following the crash in Keighley at about 18:15 GMT on Monday 25 March and she died on Saturday.
The collision, involving a Toyota Yaris, happened on Long Lee Lane, at the junction with Cherry Tree Rise, according to West Yorkshire Police.
The driver of the Yaris stopped at the scene and had been interviewed, a force spokesperson said.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who had video footage from the scene at the time of the crash, was asked to contact officers.
