Man charged with causing crash that killed teenager
A man has been charged with causing the death of a 18-year-old woman who died after a car hit a tree, police have said.
A silver Ford Fiesta crashed on the B1110 at North Elmham, Norfolk, in the early hours of 17 September 2022.
Passenger Mariana Faustino-Valente was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries but died two days later.
Norfolk Constabulary said a 22-year-old man had been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving.
He is due to appear at King鈥檚 Lynn Crown Court on 22 February.
Police said no further action would be taken against another man who was arrested in connection with the crash.
