Force refers itself to watchdog over motorbike crash

A motorcyclist has suffered "life-changing" injuries after crashing into a bus stop in Goole.
According to Humberside Police, the bike had earlier "failed to stop" for officers.
The crash happened at about 03:30 BST on Saturday in Stanhope Street, the force said.
A mandatory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct, the force added.
The ´óÏó´«Ã½ has asked Humberside Police to clarify whether or not the motorcycle was being pursued at the time of the crash.
