Man to face trial for murder after 'pub assault'

A man is due to go on trial charged with murdering a 35-year-man in Boston.
Adrian Whiting died in hospital two weeks after an alleged assault outside the Carpenters Arms pub on 14 January.
Maksim Iliev, 35, of Union Street, Boston, denies murder and a second charge of manslaughter.
His trial is due to start at Lincoln Crown Court on 15 July.
During a pre-trial hearing at the same court, Judge Simon Hirst remanded Mr Iliev back into custody.
Katya Tsoneva, 34, of Red Lion Street, Boston, is charged with assisting an offender in connection with the investigation.
Ms Tsoneva denies the offence and is due to go on trial alongside Mr Iliev. She was granted unconditional bail.
The trial is expected to last seven days.
