Two people fled the scene of a robbery on a distinctive motorbike after taking items from a jewellery store.
Police were called to reports of a robbery at a shop in Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, at about 13.50 BST on Tuesday.
Officers said two people entered the Cope jewellery store, before riding away from the scene on a black motorcycle with blue forks.
Nottinghamshire Police said no one was injured during the incident but that it had been "distressing" for people inside the shop at the time.
The force is now appealing for any witnesses, particularly those who may have dashcam footage of the incident, to come forwards.
