Police have made a further arrest over violence that saw one man shot and another three suffer stab wounds.
The disorder broke out on Reedswood Lane in Walsall on 31 July.
Officers detained a 36-year-old male after stopping a vehicle on Thorpe Road in the Palfrey area of the borough on Saturday afternoon, arresting him on suspicion of assisting an offender.
It followed the arrest on Friday of a 46-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder after police made a stop on West Bromwich Road, Walsall.
Seven people had previously been arrested in relation to the matter last month, including one man who was later charged with five counts of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
The other six were released on conditional bail pending further police inquiries.
