A man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a 16-year-old boy died following a truck crash at a quarry.
Ll欧r Davies died on 12 March after a crash involving a dumper truck at the Gilfach quarry near Efailwen in Pembrokeshire.
Dyfed-Powys Police said: "A man in his 60s has been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter."
He has been released under investigation.
More than 300 mourners went to Ll欧r's funeral in April, including members of his Newcastle Emlyn rugby team. Bright colours were worn at the request of the family.
Brought up in Aberporth, Ceredigion, Ll欧r was described as loving the area, the sea and the beach.
Since his death, a number of tributes have been paid, as well as a vigil being held on his local beach to remember him.
In a tribute after his death his family said their world was turned "upside down" when learning of the death of their "beloved" Ll欧r.
"Our lives will never be the same without you Ll欧r... beautiful boy," they said.
Dyfed-Powys Police said his death was reported to the coroner.
It was also reported to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) because of the nature of the matter.
Separately a man has appeared in court charged with assaulting Ll欧r a few days before his death.
The court case is not connected to the boy's death.
A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that a man had been released on bail pending further police enquiries, based on information from Dyfed-Powys Police. The force has since corrected this information to say he had been released under investigation.
