Plans submitted for Lossiemouth skatepark
A planning application has been lodged for a long-awaited skatepark in Lossiemouth.
The community-led Lossiemouth Skatepark Initiative first unveiled proposals for the park in 2014, and is now beginning fundraising for its construction.
The initiative, which has been working with Lossiemouth Development Trust on the proposals, said the free-to-use facility would be available to people of ages and abilities.
An application has been submitted with Moray Council for a site at Coulardbank playing fields, and the park could be open in 2024.
