Four teens arrested after serious assault in Horley
Surrey Police have appealed for witnesses after a man was seriously assaulted in Horley.
Police were called to reports that a man had been assaulted by four teenage boys in Waitrose car park, on Victoria Road, at about 10:45 BST.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious head injuries which are not believed to be life threatening, police said.
Four teenage boys from Horley have been arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm, robbery and possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
Surrey Police said all four remain in police custody.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or who has relevant dashcam footage are being asked to come forward.
