Charges after stolen taxi crashes into another cab
Nottinghamshire Police said the driver was attacked when dropping off two people

Two people have been charged after a stolen taxi crashed into another cab in Nottingham.
Police were called to Lower Parliament Street at about 23:00 BST on Thursday after the driver was attacked when he asked customers for payment.
The driver was forced out of the car before it was driven away, Nottinghamshire Police said.
The vehicle was involved in a crash with another taxi a short time later.
The taxi was later traced to Clifton and two people were arrested.
A man and woman, both from Derby, have now been charged.
The 28-year-old man has been charged with robbery, while the 27-year-old woman has been charged with robbery, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, failing to stop after a road accident, driving without due care and attention and driving without a licence or insurance.
Both are next due in court in November.
