A key route through Sussex has reopened after an incident in which a man died.
The A27 was closed in both directions between Lancing and Shoreham in the early hours of Monday, and diversions were put in place.
Sussex Police said a 28-year-old man was confirmed dead and his next of kin had been informed. There were not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
In a social media post, the police said the road was reopened just before 11:00BST.
