Police appeal after man attacked by dog
Police have issued an appeal for information after a man was attacked by a dog in Derby.
Derbyshire Police said the man, in his 50s, was left with hand injuries when he was bitten by the Alsatian dog in Sackville Street in Normanton.
The attack took place on 1 September, with the force's appeal published on Wednesday.
Officers are appealing for the owner of the dog, which was wearing a silver-coloured collar, to contact them.
