Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they want to speak to after a three-year-old boy was reportedly grabbed by a stranger in a street.
It happened in Doncaster at about 13:30 BST on 30 June, South Yorkshire Police said.
Officers said a woman was reported to have taken hold of the boy by the arm and tried to pull him away from his family while shouting.
The woman they wanted to speak to was described as of average to larger build, with dark hair and was reported to have spoken with a foreign accent, according to a force spokesperson.
Anyone able to help identify her has been asked to contact the police.
