Appeal after pedestrian is left seriously injured
A pedestrian has been taken to hospital with serious head and arm injuries after a collision on a dual carriageway.
Northamptonshire Police said the man - in his 20s - was walking on the westbound side of the A4500 Weedon Road, in Upton, Northampton, at about 21:45 GMT on Friday.
The collision, involving a black Honda Civic, took place on the stretch between the two junctions with Badgers End.
The force has asked for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
