Explosives experts have been called in after firearms, mortar shells and grenades were found at a property in Market Rasen.
Lincolnshire Police said a specialist team had been called to the address on Chapman Street.
Officers said it was not yet known if the weapons were viable, but the bomb squad would assess the items and make them safe.
