A man and a woman arrested on suspicion of child neglect have been bailed by police.
The pair were detained after a house fire in Redhill from which three children were "heroically" rescued by a neighbour.
Surrey Police said on Monday the children were not injured following the incident at a property in Station Road on Thursday evening.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire and that it was "swiftly" put out.
The man and woman, both aged 40, have not been named.
Det Insp Adam Ramiz said an unidentified neighbour had "heroically entered the building to bring the children to safety".
