Arsonists hunted after lorry trailers blaze

A large fire in Staffordshire involving four lorry trailers was started deliberately, investigators say.

The vehicles were found well alight at an address on Wharf Road, Biddulph shortly before 20:00 BST on Monday.

The fire took about six hours to put out although no-one was injured, said Staffordshire Fire and Rescue.

Witnesses or anyone with camera footage from the area have been urged to contact Staffordshire Police.
