Woman dies after collision involving car and HGV
The crash occurred between Brompton by Sawdon and Wykeham

A woman has died following a collision involving a car and HGV.
It happened on 17 October at 10:55 BST on the A170 between Brompton by Sawdon and Wykeham.
North Yorkshire Police said two women in their eighties, who were travelling in a grey Peugeot 407, were taken to hospital and the passenger died a few days later. The HGV driver was unharmed.
The force is now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.
Police said the Peugeot was travelling towards Brompton-by-Sawdon when it was involved in the collision with a HGV, which was going in the opposite direction.
The road was closed for a number of hours.
