One seriously injured in single-vehicle crash

One person has been seriously injured in a crash in Exeter, police have said.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Chantry Meadow at about 10:30 BST, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
Road closures remain in place while emergency services deal with the crash, police said.
"Motorists are being advised to avoid the area," the force said.
South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust said multiple teams responded.
"We sent one double-crewed land ambulance, an air ambulance, an operations officer, and the hazardous area response team to the scene," it said.
