Second attempted murder charge after boy stabbed

A second teenager has been charged with attempted murder after a boy was stabbed in a park.
The 16-year-old victim was injured in the assault off Kitchener Road, in Coventry, on 4 February.
Police confirmed on Friday a boy, also aged 16, faces charges of attempted murder and perverting the course of justice.
The youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons is due to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
Ismail Hussain, 19, previously appeared before magistrates in the city accused of attempted murder and possession of a knife.
