Man charged after fatal crash

A man has been charged following a fatal crash in Herefordshire.
The incident happened on Holme Lacy Road, Hereford, in the early hours of Sunday 8 October.
A man, in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said, after being struck by a vehicle.
A 57-year-old male from Ross-on-Wye was charged in connection with the crash on Thursday.
He is accused of being the driver of a vehicle that failed to stop after a crash, failing to report a crash, and perverting the course of justice.
He is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates' Court on 22 May.
