Man charged over drugs factory discovery

A man has been charged after a cannabis factory was discovered in Mansfield.
Nottinghamshire Police said officers raided a property in Windsor Road on Monday morning following a tip-off and found 74 plants growing across four rooms.
A 19-year-old man was subsequently charged with production of cannabis.
The force said he was due to appear before magistrates on Tuesday.
